• We have completed a fairly big refresh of our driver scheduling service - easier scheduling in bulk, assignment of assets, and the creation of future schedules for a company’s drivers. You will see us continue to expand this service in the future, specifically in terms of integration with 3rd party HR/ERP modules where driver schedules and certifications are already created and maintained.
• Our functionality that captures delivery details now fully supports terminal supplier and vendor value capture as part of delivery object; this includes creation of a delivery/order request, web services, manual delivery creation, and all flavors of file import.
• Our carrier light tool has be extended to allow users to provide and update delivery status - and this updates both the supplier (our customer) and the customer portal interfaces in realtime. If the customer is looking for an update on their mobile app, any update from the carrier will also be provided to the customer.
• Our new freight service now supports the automatic creation of freight only invoices from the carrier —> supplier.
• We have also added support to our dispatch workbench top support customers that use only common carriers for delivery - we do this currently, but these changes simplify the user experience by automatically assigning carriers used in the region to the workbench columns: A one-page view for all loads assigned to carriers being used.
